Seminars & Workshops

Blue Knight tailors its seminars and workshops to meet the needs of individual leaders and teams. We offer three basic approaches to training. Seminars are conducted onsite at the two famous battlefields of Gettysburg and the Little Big Horn. Workshops are conducted at any location that is convenient to the client:

Individual Leadership
Program/Battlefield Seminar

Designed for a group of leaders from different organizations, or a group from the same organization who are not part of the same functional team.

Team Dynamics
Program/Battlefield Seminar

Designed for intact teams from the same organization or teams that are required to work together cross-functionally.

Program/In-House Workshop

Designed to be conducted in-house for organizations that are looking for a program to reach a broader audience. Content for these programs can include business strategy, strengths training, communication, generational training, team-building, lessons from history, and any other area of focus critical to the client.

Leaders from such diverse organizations as Accenture, Advance Auto Parts, Alliant Techsystems, Best Buy, Bluestem Brands, Boston Scientific, Carleton College, Fresenius Medical Care, General Electric, Northwestern Mutual, Target, Toro, the University of Minnesota, and the University of St. Thomas have experienced and benefited from the Blue Knight program.

The Blue Knight program is not limited to corporate executives. Any organization that relies on leadership to get the work done, be it the military, government, academe, or non-profits, can benefit greatly from this outstanding training.

Jeff Appelquist, founder and president of Blue Knight, personally facilitates all field and in-house workshops.
